   With all of the time that we spent with Eliza we found out that she really likes to celebrate her birthday and that she really likes chocolate.&nbsp; Since Eliza will be back in Chicago when her birthday comes around we decided to surprise her with an &quot;unbirthday&quot; celebration at the end of the Shrimp Fest.&nbsp; This is the chocolate &quot;unbirthday&quot; cake that we got for her.<br />
