Shrimp Fest 1 : With all of the time that we spent with Eliza we found out that she really likes to celebrate her birthday and that she really likes chocolate.  Since Eliza will be back in Chicago when her birthday comes around we decided to surprise her with an "unbirthday" celebration at the end of the Shrimp Fest.  This is the chocolate "unbirthday" cake that we got for her.

Shrimp Fest 2 : While a few of the others set up the food Susan and Jerry played on the nearby swings.  We had the Shrimp Fest at a nearby elementary school, under some covered picnic tables.

Shrimp Fest 1 : Thursday evening Bryan organized a Shrimp Fest for the group's last dinner.  This is a view of the spread that Bryan had put together for the group.

UU Community Minister : In the afternoon seven of us went to help Jinny Trabulsi, the new UU Community Minister for the Gulfport/Biloxi area, move into her almost completed house.  Shortly before she was going to move Jinny injured her shoulder and was unable to lift and carry boxes.  With the help of her partner Ray the uhaul was emptied very quickly.  (from left to right) Back row: Jeff, Keldon, Bryan.
